CCN Report – How Disinfecting Robots Are Battling Covid-19
Climate Control News (CCN) has recently published an article on how the race to provide healthy buildings and ensure occupant well-being has led to the introduction of disinfecting robots following the COVID-19 pandemic.
The article goes on to say that one of the US’s leading real estate investment companies, Coretrust Capital Partners, is using ground-breaking UV-C robots to disinfect air and surfaces against COVID-19 and other harmful airborne pathogens. This robot is the centre piece of multiple anti-COVID technologies at the company’s offices in downtown Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
The CCN report also states that: “These robots use UV-C technology that disinfects air and targeted surfaces to deactivate the DNA and RNA of harmful pathogens. They also reduce interaction with harmful chemicals, one-time use plastics and chemical disposal into the environment. The system effectively disinfects 99.9% of targeted areas with minimal downtime.
“As mask mandates are lifted and people return to the office after a year of isolation, Coretrust has taken building technology to a new level to create safe, healthy and stress-free office environments.” Read full article here.
Evolve Raybotix UV-C Disinfection Robots
The benefits of the UV-C disinfection robots identified in this article are exactly the same as those delivered by our Evolve Raybotix UV-C disinfection robots. We offer effective, long term, practical solutions to managing the disinfection and sanitisation of all spaces including large offices.
These cutting-edge robots use UV-C light supported by Ozone gas to destroy microorganisms’ DNA structures, quickly and safely eradicating 99.9% of harmful bacteria and viruses in an environmentally friendly and chemical-free way in all areas and surfaces whilst leaving no residues behind.
Importantly our UV-C disinfection robots supported by ozone are classified as a ‘Class I Medical Device’ (see details here).
Evolve Raybotix Robot Models
There are three models available of these robots which vary in sizes, applications and overage as follows:
The NEO portable robot is ideal for sanitising smaller spaces thanks to its ease of use and manoeuvrability. The NEO is able to clean 25m2 in as little as 7 minutes.
The EOS Static Robot uses room mapping technology to deliver a fast and effective germicidal dose of continuous wave UV-C light. The EOS can sanitise an area of 100m2 in as little as 7 minutes.
The SOL Mobile Robot is our largest model and has been specifically designed for use in the hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical industry and/or other similar environments as well as retail, warehouse, storage and logistics and manufacturing facilities which require rigorous routine sanitisation on a significant scale. In terms of coverage, the mobile SOL UV-C disinfection robot is able to clean 100m2 in as little as 7 minutes and is completely autonomous.
